Job Summary

The enterprise engineer programme is a talent management programme for the high calibre
Engineers to develop their leadership capabilities, enterprise mind-set and widen their technical knowledge and capabilities.

  • The training coordinator for this programme should be experienced in handling and co coordinating such highly focused and prestigious programmes. Min 3 years prior experience is required.

  • The Training coordinator is full time worker based either in London or India (preferred)

  • The training coordinator is expected to be very fluent in communication in English both verbal and written. Most of the communication happens on the VC/conference bridges so the participants on the meetings are from different locations in the organization so the training coordinator should be able to communicate very clearly over the VC or phones and should be able to understand the conversations and take down the notes of the meetings to make the minutes of the meetings.

  • The training coordinator should be able to work independently without much

  • Instructions and hand holding and monitoring also expected to bring in prior experience to improve some of the processes to make them simpler, faster and better.

  • The training coordinator should be proficient in use of share-point, excel, word and power point presentations etc.

  • The job holder may need to be present on one of the modules depending on the location where he or she is based in person so should be able to work away from work during the period of that module.

  • We are looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes the administrative job and is self-motivated and takes onus and responsibility for the administrative part of the programme.

  • The administrative and logistics of the job include:

  • Keeping the agenda and minutes of faculty meeting follow up on action points, line up various meetings during the course of the programme keep the minutes /action logs wherever needed.

  • Prepare Share-point surveys

  • Ensure all the logistic arrangements for the entire programme are taken care like liaising with HRG, Hotels for bookings, menus, liaising with the participants for their travel and other arrangements.

  • Take the actions as per the Master action logs and keep the master action logs updated

  • Ensure all the costs are properly booked in Fusion and a log is maintained. The cost centre reports are reconciled.

  • Prepare a MI for Executive sponsors and CIOs on regular basis.

  • Liaise with external vendors, HR and other stake holders for the HR data for MI

  • Organise the networking events, EEP alumni events, DE/AE meetings

  • Regular liase and co-ordinate with the external training partners to ensure the training logistics are in place prior, during and after the modules
