The Role
Reporting directly to the Partners and Senior Managers your duties will include:

Building client relationships and identifying opportunities
Providing assistance in the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns which will include knowledge in relation to Division 7A, CGT, GST, trust losses, small business concessions, and awareness of state taxes.
Management of the client fee base
Supervision, review and training of junior staff members including performance managing and mentoring.
Administrative aspects of engagements, including assisting with proposals, budgeting, billing and controlling of work in progress
Maintaining quality control on assignments and projects.
The Successful Candidate
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the same or similar role
Experience with paperless work paper systems
CA or CPA Qualified.
