Project Management

  • Ownership of the consolidated program plan and individual project plans
  • Ownership of the consolidated impediments, dependencies, risks, issues and actions logs
  • Ownership of program budget and finances with support from ITO Finance Team
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate cross-project activities
  • Actively drive delivery and dependencies to meet deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Effectively apply change, risk and resource management
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Prepare reports on the progress of projects or programs and metrics for all stakeholders
  • Conduct required activities to enable benefits realization
  • Assesses the value and organizational impact of the program
  • Identifies the interdependencies of benefits being delivered among various projects within the program
  • Ensures that targeted benefits are specific, measurable, actual, realistic and time-based
  • Analyzes the potential impact of planned program changes on benefits outcome
  • Assigns responsibilities and accountability for the actual benefits required from the program
  • Build and maintain Stakeholder Matrix
  • Prepare and execute Communication Plan
  • Actively collect feedback from stakeholders
  • Establishing and leading senior executive-level communication forums (EXCO and ITSC) and program/projects channels across Group IT

Understanding IT environment

Experience implementing projects and coordinating large programs of work

Lead Transformation program (project management capability)

5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager

5+ years’ experience in Transformation Programs (Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Service/Process Improvement etc.)

Experience working in an Lean/Agile / Kanban environment

IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required and banking qualifications

Project Management certification (PMI or PRINCE2)

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (min) from Banking Industry
