Risk/Compliance Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Risk/Compliance Talent Acquisition Business Partner is an onsite opportunity within a 1st class team responsible for the day to day RPO services, including direct recruiting for
one of the world’s leading financial groups
. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will report to the account’s EMEA Programme Manager.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle to ensure qualified candidates are selected to fill internal vacancies. Having the ability to develop robust relationships with internal customers and external contacts is crucial. By providing a “World Class Service” through effective direct recruitment and management of vendors, you will fill open business requirements as well as creating a candidate pipeline for future openings.
Daily duties include: posting advertisements; sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; and additional projects as assigned. Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining a consultative service.
Experience, skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry/experience can substitute for formal education
Strong direct Risk or Compliance recruitment experience is a prerequisite either agency, onsite or in-house
Strong experience recruiting Financial Services professionals
Have the experience to qualify candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring manager
Ability to write clear and compelling job specifications and adverts
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent relationship building skills
Highly proficient computer skills to include, Internet, MS Office Suite, e-mail functions and working knowledge of web-based job boards
Be available to work before/after typical office hours as deemed necessary to support both our Domestic and International internal customers
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
Professional phone manner
