Your responsibilities in this role

  • Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
  • Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
  • Greeting visitors
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Handle and route all incoming phone calls
  • Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
  • Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
  • Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures – Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
  • 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
  • Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
