Receptionist and Administrative Assistant – RhodyRug Inc – San Diego, CA

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the office and accounting department. This includes tasks varying from filing, receiving and distributing daily mail, fielding telephone calls, data entry, and miscellaneous job-related tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

Prior administrative experience in an office setting
Able to deliver effective results, meet deadlines and targets.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to read and write the English language, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required


Scanning, filing, and general data entry
Field and distribute telephone calls, take messages accurately and communicate as needed
Review customer questions, calls, concerns and report to management team
Special projects and miscellaneous job-related tasks as needed and assigned

Manage calendar and independently schedule appointments as needed
