Role summary

As a member of the initial team, you will contribute to the overall strategic and operational management of the business and help us develop and grow Ireland’s newest home care provider. This will be a challenging but rewarding role offering you the opportunity to say that you were part of the team that built the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include budgeting, debtor management, marketing, recruitment strategy and office administration.

As other disciplines are recruited into the team, the right candidate will be promoted to be responsible for these roles i.e. HR, recruitment, sales and marketing.

Specific Duties


  • Development of recruitment strategy and process management
  • Interview scheduling
  • Recruitment liaison representative


  • Building and maintaining local relationships
  • Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining office supplies and ongoing services


  • Forecasting
  • Preparation of weekly KPIs
  • Debtor collection

Office Management and Administration

  • Maintaining office supplies and ongoing services

Experience and Requirements

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience of developing and/ or managing efficient recruitment processes
  • Capable of contributing towards and developing marketing strategies
  • Comfortable preparing, updating and monitoring weekly KPI reports
  • Proficient with basic accounting principles
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Enjoy working as a team and have the ability to manage your own time and work independently as required
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English
