WWE news: Jeff Hardy set for EPIC return next week on RAW ahead of WrestleMania 34

Hardy has been out for six months after suffering a torn rotator cuff and labrum.

But the highflier has been cleared to wrestle by his surgeon and is awaiting the WWE doctors’ diagnosis.

According to the publisher and editor of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Dave Meltzer, The Charismatic Enigma could be part of the Ultimate Deletion involving brother ‘Woken’ Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt.

The ex-WWE Champion could feature in the film of the match that would see him getting back on the road to WrestleMania.

Meltzer said: “They filmed the thing for next Monday. The Ultimate Deletion thing for next Monday.

“That was filmed on Thursday and Jeff was in it. That was Jeff’s return.

“It will be interesting to see if that thing airs on Monday and Jeff is in it or not.”

That could see the Hardy Boyz reuniting once more, although with a darker gimmick than the one the WWE Universe are used to.

Jeff and Matt made an epic return at last year’s WrestleMania 33 where they won the RAW Tag Team titles in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Ladder Match against Sheamus and Cesaro, Enzo Amore and Big Cass and champion Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Hardy is one of the most popular superstars of all time thanks to his daredevils antics that earned him three world title reigns.
