Victoria Beckham has seemingly confirmed that she and husband David will be attending the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle next month.
It had already been suggested Vicky along with her Spice Girls co-star Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner would reform to perform at the royal nuptials – however this rumour has since been dismissed by the band.
But now the star has heavily hinted that she and 42-year-old football legend David will be among the guests on Harry and Meghan’s big day on 19 May.
Asked point-blank by James Corden on The Late Late Show if she would be going to the wedding, Vicky stammered: “I, uh, I, I don’t know…”
Smelling a confession, James teased: “She’s totally going.”
His reaction prompted Victoria to state: “Yes. England is so excited. It is so great, isn’t it? They look so happy,” seemingly confirming she and David had been invited.

She also denied she would be designing Meghan’s wedding dress, saying: “Sadly, I’m not, but I’m sure she’ll look incredible.”
Whoever is in charge of the seating plan for the royal wedding could have a headache on their hands in light of hacked emails purported to have been written by David that went viral in February last year.
David had some rather unsavoury words for the Honours Committee (who advise The Queen on who to knight in her New Years and Birthday honours), who he branded: “a bunch of c**ts” after he failed to be awarded a knighthood.
Team Beckham claimed the leaked emails had been “doctored” and contested some of the facts and details that were made public – but he appeared to confirm he had indeed called the Honours Committee “cunts” saying he made the comment: “in the heat of the moment”.
Ever since the scandal, however, some feel David only participates in charitable ventures to benefit himself.
It is unclear if any of the members of the Honours Committee are expected to attend Harry and Meghan’s nuptials.
Meanwhile, the Spice Girls could be on course to endure embarrassment of their own as Scary Spice, Mel B, is currently scribbling away writing an explosive tell-all book on her time in the band.
According to respected industry newsletter Popbitch, Mel is being “brutally honest” in her memoir (which is also the title of the book) – in particular when it comes to discussing her Spice Girls heyday.
The revelations are said to be so extreme it could cause the girl band to split up forever, as Popbitch reports: “there’s some serious concern behind the scenes that this book – more than anything else – will be the thing that finally scuppers the chances of a reunion gig.”
It’s due out in November.
