BBC Breakfast presenter Mike Bushell was left red-faced after he slipped and fell into a pool during a live interview at the Commonwealth Games.
The moment, watched by thousands of viewers across the nation, left English swimmers in stitches as they sat at the pool side waiting to be interviewed on TV on Wednesday morning.
