The Undertaker’s next opponent revealed as WWE legend heads to Saudi Arabia for Greatest Royal Rumble

The Undertaker will face Rusev in a Casket match at the Greatest Royal Rumble following his triumphant WrestleMania 34 return.

Taker, who finally answered John Cena’s taunts and destroyed the 16-time world champion on Sunday, is heading to Saudi Arabia.

The legendary superstar will be part of the show, which takes place at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, on April 27.

One of the Phenom’s signature matches, a casket match can only be won by trapping your opponent inside and closing the lid.

Undertaker defeated Kamala in the first casket match in WWE at Survivor Series in 1992 and it has since become one of his staples.

He swiftly defeated Cena in New Orleans in a crowd-pleasing response to his loss to Roman Reigns a year earlier.

Rusev had a less fortuitous evening when The Bulgarian Brute failed to score victory in the United States Championship fatal four-way.

The Greatest Royal Rumble will stream live on WWE Network and be available on pay-per-view outside of the Middle East.

It will air at 11pm in the UK and is set to feature Brock Lesnar versus Roman Reigns in a Steel Cage Universal Championship match.

The showcase will of course also feature an over-the-top rope Royal Rumble – the first rumble match to feature 50 superstars!

John Cena will face Triple H, while The Bludgeon Brothers defend the SmackDown Tag Team Championship against The Usos.

Five other titles will be on the line: the WWE Championship, Intercontinental Championship, United States Championship, Raw Tag Team Championship and the Cruiserweight Championship.

A WWE statement said: “General Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia Chairman, His Excellency Turki Al Sheikh, WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, invite the world to celebrate this signature event.

“It is the first event as part of a long-term partnership between WWE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
