Concert announcement: Wu Tang Clan headline Kelowna's Center of Gravity

Hip-hop legends Wu Tang Clan will invade Kelowna this summer to headline the three-day Center of Gravity music festival.

A full Wu Tang lineup — including Method Man, RZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, GZA, U-God, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, and Cappadonna — are touring to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of their debut album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). 

They’ll be part of a Center of Gravity lineup that also includes Zedd, French Montana, Illenium, Action Bronson, and Jauz.

The music and beach festival, which features two stages and more than 150 international athletes competing in beach volleyball, basketball, freestyle motocross, skateboarding, and BMX, will be held July 27-29 in Kelowna’s City Park on the shores of Lake Okanagan.

Weekend passes, which start at $149.95 plus taxes and fees, go on sale Friday, at 10 a.m.
