Celebrity fourth generation Greek pastry chef George Diakomichalis, who heads a multi-award winning business in Adelaide, will return to host cooking demonstrations of desserts.
There will be an attempt to smash the Perth record for the largest Zorba Dance, with hopes more people will join in than the last attempt in 2016, which drew just under 2000 participants.
The festival will be on Saturday, April 21 from 3pm-10pm and Sunday, April 22 from 11am- 8pm.
Entry is $2, with children under 12 free.
