The two reportedly exchanged vows in front of other DWTS pros like Cheryl Burke, Julianne Hough and her husband Brooks Laich and former contestants Nick and Vanessa Lachey and Drew Scott.
Wedding planner Michael Russo gushed about the romantic ceremony to Us Weekly. His company also coordinated the 2016 wedding of previous DWTS partners Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec, according to its website.
“As Emma walked down the aisle, instantly locking eyes with Sasha, it was as if time stood still,” Russo said. “Their moving vows had moments of both humor and heartfelt emotion, which made the ceremony a truly special and magical thing to behold. I couldn’t be more proud to have been a witness to this celebration of pure, unconditional love.”
Slater, 29, and Farber, 33, became engaged in 2016 when he proposed live, during an episode of DWTS.
“I love you so, so much,” he said at the time while reaching for the ring in his pocket. “Will you marry me?” Slater replied “Yes.”
For her wedding day, Us writes Slater donned two Rivini wedding dresses and Ed Sheeran’s Perfect played during the newlywed’s first dance.
Though Sheeran, who is currently on tour, could not perform the song in person, Us says he recorded a message that played during their dance.
