The Department
Ryanair Labs is a state of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub creating Europe’s Leading Travel Experience for customers.

We currently have +100 staff working in our technology department in Dublin, with a further 250 working across our Travel Labs offices in Wroclaw and Madrid.

The Role
As a Product Owner you will work closely with business owners from discovery to implementation of new products driving Ryanair’s strategic vision. As part of an agile development team you will play a key role in defining and shaping projects and approaches to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced operations focused environment driving the development of new products to further increase Ryanairs industry leading efficiency and enhance employee experience while meeting Ryanairs plan to grow to 200M Pax per annum by 2024.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into project roadmaps.
Work with business analysts to develop and prioritise product backlog and work as part of agile development team to deliver new products.
Work closely with scrum masters to ensure features are managed in a manner that ensures agile best practices are maintained.
Requirements
Strong experience of Process Design and Business Analysis
At least 3 years of project roadmap creation or developing requirements and creating user stories
Experience of working in agile teams, responsive to changing business priorities
Experience of working with major operations teams or aviation industry an advantage
Strong Communicating and Influencing skills
Experience of Stakeholder Management
Strong motivated self starter with a desire to progress their career as part of our ambitious growth strategy.
