Job Type – Full-time, Permanent

Location – Waterbeach, near Cambridge

Salary range – £24,850 – £33, 133 (depending on CIPD qualifications and experience)

The Edmund Trust and our sister charity Eddie’s, are proud of our excellent reputations for providing support and services to children and adults with learning and physical disabilities, Autism and complex needs in the East of England.

With a joint staff workforce of nearly 200 (and growing), the HR department supports both charities with all aspects of people management and our strategies to become employers of choice.

Managing the HR/Recruitment Co-ordinator and reporting to the Head of HR, this impactful role is part of our HR succession plan, delivering all aspects of operational HR, managing an employee relations caseload and driving forward creative recruitment solutions.

The successful applicant will have generalist HR experience, will be (a minimum) CIPD part qualified and will be exceptionally professional, creative, flexible, target-focused, positive and energetic. They will be highly motivated to support the Head of HR and to influence the journey we are on to firmly establish our charities as the go-to employers for care and charity work in the Eastern Region.

This is an ideal opportunity for somebody to take their first steps into management and to progress their career through coaching and mentoring support from an award-winning Head of Human Resources.
