High Calibre Service Manager
A newly available full time position exists for a new Service Manager to join our team at Bury St Edmunds.
To ensure we deliver consistent results through dedicated high performance we must ensure our staff have the values we offer as a Company and are able to offer our customers the highest level of customer service.
Having been in the industry for over 35 years and turning over in excess of £70 million per annum we are focused on increased customer satisfaction and retention therefore the service team are an integral part of the vision the Group has to become the number one leader in the market place for East Anglia.
We are looking for a Service Manager that is able to demonstrate a successful, stable track record.
The ideal candidate will take pride in themselves, their ability to work to maximise the Group sales and be focused on every level of profit opportunity available to them whilst delivering exceptional levels of professionalism simultaneously in their day to day role.
Focused on achieving targets and goals and meeting KPI’s you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and show that you are a self motivated, dynamic team player with drive to achieve and plan resulting in outstanding customer satisfaction for our customer base of all ages working with a team of experienced technicians but focused on workshop loading as well as results.
You will be able to work to targets and work under pressure with set KPI’s.
You will be expected to maintain your data and the quality thereof as well as increasing the productivity of the service team ensuring full use of all resources in order that exceptional customer satisfaction is achieved at all times and on an ongoing basis and high levels of Vehicle Health Checks on our automated systems are controlled
Knowledge of Pinnacle and / or Kerridge is an advantage and use of previous DMS packages essential as well as computerised Electronic Health check systems and workshop control
The suitable candidate will be committed to excellence, be ambitious, professional, forward thinking and have a great attention to detail, control and be able to work with all levels of technicians and MOT Testers

A full driving licence is essential.
Due to insurance reasons only exceptional applications for people under 21 will be considered.
Salary : £35K depending on experience – Basic Plus Bonus.
Bonus : Based on KPI and over achievement of targets
