Head Office Assistant

SENSO is looking for a Head Office Assistant to join our small, friendly & hardworking team based in Surry Hills. The role will vary but will mainly consist of the below;

  • Assisting with opening & closing the Office/Showroom
  • Reception duties – attending to enquiries via email, phone and online chat
  • Entering data and maintaining internal systems
  • Placing orders and following up with customers
  • Helping with weekly deliveries
  • Invoicing customers on XERO
  • Assisting with Press duties- send outs & returns
  • Creating sample orders/ general Collection admin (including swatches, managing sample sets/ co-ordinating sell dates)

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to hold the below skills:

  • Great administrative, communication & customer service skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, efficient and willing to learn
  • A positive attitude and intiative
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role

Your role is not limited to the above and will include a wide variety of other duties. This will change from time to time, and depending on your ambition, your role has the opportunity to grow to include many other responsibilities.
