Our Client are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic chef who wishes to work in a fast-paced 4* environment. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a head chef in a busy 4* hotel. This role may suit a Sous Chef who has at least 3-4 years’ experience as a Sous in a busy 4* hotel. You must have at least 3 years’ experience managing all aspects of a kitchen and its team. Have excellent people management skills and be organised and capable of managing multiple tasks at one time. You must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and a positive attitude and a good work ethic. The candidate must have proven experience working with volume and be level 3 HACCP trained and certified.
