Customer Services Manager – American Dry Cleaning Company – London

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Head Office Team on customer service projects aimed at retaining and developing our core customer base – NOT A CALL CENTRE

– Handle incoming calls and emails generated from customers and branches relating to customer service

– Update relevant systems and filing relating to customer service enquiries

– Liaise with the Production, Transport and other members of the management team regarding new enquiries and customer service issues

– Communicate with customers regarding compensation and resolution of issues

– Report directly to the Office manager and Area manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

– Experience in customer service handling

– Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, Outlook and cloud based CRM systems

– Fluent written and spoken English

– Good telephone manner

– Minimum 3 years office experience

– Finance knowledge advantageous

– Capable of working under pressure and to short-term deadlines

– Administrative skills and ability to multitask

– The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

– Good people skills

– A sense of humour!

Must live locally to Colindale, NW9
