Credit Manager – Buddy’s Home Furnishings – Tyler, TX

Buddy’s is hiring in Tyler, TX! We are a part of the growing Buddy-Mac Holdings, LLC. family of home furnishing lease-purchase stores in Texas and New Mexico. We are currently seeking a Credit Manager who is the second in charge at an individual branch location and directly manages customer accounts. The Credit Manager performs a wide variety of job functions at the direction of the General Manager, assisting and coordinating store activities to ensure a safe, professional, and profitable operation. The Credit Manager is responsible for meeting company objectives for customer service, delinquency, revenue, and inventory handling in addition to company standards and policies.

General Employment Requirements

  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Able to lift, carry, load, and unload home furnishings
  • Prolonged driving and standing
  • Available Monday through Saturday
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions
