Job summary:


The key objectives are to cover EMEA Prime clients in Capital Introductions, by providing guidance around their sales strategy. This necessitates a strong knowledge of EMEA investors and the ability to develop those relationships and shape them into content for our clients.


Responsibilities:


You will have a book of clients to whom your main responsibility will be to come up with a comprehensive plan for their distribution, and you will need to help them implement that plan.
You will behave as an extension of the prime brokerage sales team, fully understanding their sales strategy and ensuring focus and intensity to client relationships is a reflection of the former.
You will need to have and develop strong institutional investor relationships in different regions within EMEA so as to fully understand their investment strategy and goals, and be able to help clients set up roadshows with those investors.
You will need to develop content around that investor knowledge, with a strong focus on institutional allocators, and disseminate that content thoughtfully and commercially with clients and prospects.
You will have responsibility for developing a pipeline of investor to manager events that is differentiated and bespoke.


Core responsibilities:


Work side by side with prime sales and Cap Intro team to develop deep investor knowledge and connectivity and relay that proactively to clients and prospects in line with our sales strategy.



Education:


University degree


Experience:


Extensive years relevant experience in the field of Capital Introductions and/or fund sales


Experience:


Hedge fund product and sales experience, institutional investor knowledge.


Skills:


Relevant Capital Introductions or fund sales experience
Existing knowledge of investors
Interpersonal skills
Commercial ability
Ability to work with broad group of stakeholders
