5-10 years of sales experience, some payment industry experienece preferred but not required.
Track record in building pipeline, achieving targets and objectives.
Undergraduate university degree
Solid understanding of the prepaid marketplace and relevant consumer and commercial products
Ability to lead across technical and business teams
Solid understanding of product and program management best practices and the ability to drive the best practices throughout a complex organization
Ability to communicate at all organizational levels, with a high degree of skill at simplifying complex information into concise messages and calls to action
Ability to interact effectively with customers and partners
Experience in negotiating supplier and/or distribution agreements preferred
Skill in interpreting and understanding business implications of contracts
Budgeting and forecasting experience
Expertise in retail supply chain management a plus
Data analytics expertise and advanced spreadsheet skills
Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
