Purpose of job


Apply broad subject matter expert knowledge with a high degree of technical/business insight. Develop initiatives/activities across units and/or at area/regional level. May have some degree of functional responsibility.

Key Activities


  • Establish and develop the data basis for the area or regional area.
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and cooperation with the companies and divisions on reporting.
  • Develop and implement systems for collection of data and to establish data models.
  • Implement a data model in regional companies.
  • Compose suggestions for the companies based on the analysis conducted.
  • Ensure data collection and analysis on a regular basis.
  • Create regular reports for the unit/function.
  • Responsible for report writing.
  • Create, communicate and follow-up on company specific annual targets.

Critical knowledge and experience


Industry, market and business environment

  • Experience managing defined processes within analysis.
  • Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Most likely to have 5-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.


Technical, functional and professional

  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in analysis.
  • Strong ability influence others.
  • Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable for the analysis area.
