About the Role

As Harden Murrumburrah Community Bank Branch Manager, you will be the leader of an important local business. You will play a vital role in driving your branch and community forward as well as delivering tailored financial solutions to your customers. You will also be required to assist our Grenfell Agency in their daily operations. A key focus is business development, consumer lending, as well as leading, motivating & coaching your team to success.

To be successful in the role you will need to have great networking and business development skills.

The key requirements of the role are:

  • Strong experience in Consumer lending
  • A track record of consistently meeting sales targets
  • Ability to lead, mentor and develop teams in a service environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth
  • Highly developed relationship building skills;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Finance or related discipline will be advantageous
