Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist – Linium Resources – Weehawken, NJ

Our client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist.

Responsibilities: – review and process incoming documents for clients – provide Financial Advisors support with document management – ensure that the document records correspond with data in the system – modify, update, and distribute policies (including the maintenance of the required document checklist); communicate constantly by delivering updated procedures to branches and home office – devise and facilitate training relating to account documentation policies and procedures for branches – research corporate laws of different countries to ensure all required documentation is received – recommend account opening related enhancements to the systems, policies, and procedures, and implement accordingly

Your experience and skills – a university degree – experience in a role like this – a basic understanding of Microsoft Office – ability to think outside the box and problem solving skills

Skills/ Attributes: – a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself) – a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization – organized and detail oriented – fluent in Spanish
