Hudson is a global talent solutions company now partnering with leading Government Departments in Brisbane! We are seeking expressions of interest for Administration Officers with Exposure to PROCUREMENT for temporary contract opportunites based in brisbane CBD, commencing ASAP!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing high quality administrative support including data entry, word processing, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
  • Liaising with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Obtaining and preparing procurement quotes for suppliers
  • Diary and email management
  • Scheduling meetings, minute taking, agendas
  • Processing invoices, cab charges, reconciliations
  • Records management

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • MUST HAVE prior experience in Administration, preferably within Government
  • Prior experience in a procurement or contracts administration role will be highly regarded
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel Q Tenders, SAP will be an advantage
