Talentpath are proud to be partnering with a long established client, in order to source an exceptional Accounts and Office Coordinator. Our client is a leading and highly respected organization in its unique industry; they have a high profile customer base and are offering a role full to the brim with variety!

This truly is a unique and exciting opportunity. A role full of diversity, you will provide Executive support to the General Manager, as well as a managing all aspects of accounts processing and administration. Your days will be fast paced, jam packed and will include:

An exceptional level of clerical and Executive support to the busy General Manager (including management of correspondence, diary management, international and domestic travel and accommodation bookings)
Day to day office administration and coordination
Ensure OH&S policies are adhered to by the workforce
Stakeholder engagement and management with a range of high profile clients and vendors
Preparation of board packs, minute taking and meeting organization
End to end accounts; daily/monthly reconciliations, EFT processing of payments, monthly PAYG summaries and quarterly BAS statements, end of month reporting
General office and accounts duties as required

This team is small in size but huge in capability. Catering to a global customer base they are lean, efficient, results focused and know how to have fun. This team needs a real all-rounder, who has a particular strength across accounts management. Most importantly, you will have a really positive attitude and are happy to assist the team in a variety of ways. You will take ownership of the role and

To be successful for the role you will have experience in a similar position, have a strong understanding of accounting practices and a flexible, hands-on and client focused approach. You will also be competent in the use of MYOB and MS Excel and MS Word.
